The assistant, Charles, who dealt with us was extremely attentive and gave us the information to help us choose the mattress- which was on the list suggested by Sleepmatch, without being overbearing and gave us space and time to make our decision. He also made sure that any mattresses we tried were sprayed immediately afterwards, ensuring that the next customer was protected. Pillows were provided to test the sleeping position on the beds, and we were offered drinks. Charles also recognised that we were a little anxious as we had been shielding due to COVID and he made sure we felt comfortable.

We were approached by a friendly guy called James with a warm friendly greeting, he asked what we were looking for and asked if we had seen something that interested us, he produced a pillow and ask us to try some of the products in the showroom. We took advantage of the sleep match and settled on a firm mattress that we had seen online, we were really pleased as we saved £700. The whole process was quick easy and smooth, we were offered a drink whilst we were placing our order. We were so impressed with the pillows that we bought 2, we can’t wait for the delivery which will be coming in 5 days time.... well done dreams it’s so nice to have a great shopping experience.
