We received a warm greeting from Charlie at the Wycombe store. She was keen to help and understand our requirements and suggested we tried the Sleepmachine which we enjoyed. She then explained the results and made suggestions for mattresses which would suit us. Charlie was courteous and offered us refreshments. She showed good attention to details and picked up on the fact that we preferred a cool mattress so knew to steer us away from certain mattresses. We we offered pillows suited to us sleep style before trying the mattresses. Once we had chosen the bed frame and mattress Charlie explained the whole ordering process, warranties available, finance options and delivery lead times. Charlie established a great rapport with us and we found ourselves very comfortable and at ease with her throughout. She mentioned that she has been at Dream for quite some time and has experience of working at the HQ offices, customer services as well as instore which gave us assurances that she really knows the ins and outs of all the processes. Overall she was a great ambassador for Dreams and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dreams as a result of our positive experience today.
