Customer service was efficient and knowledgable. There have been issues with our initial order placed in February and exchanges etc and the staff have always been very helpful and tried to work out the best solution.

I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledge salesman. He did not push me into buying anything just explain all my alternatives/options and let me decide what I wanted.Very happy with the outcome of my visit.All covid19 protocol was in place and followed--- very impressed

From stepping into the shop, Charles was very professional & friendly. Throughout our whole visit the guidelines for Covid19 were followed & adhered to. Charles asked us what we expected & wanted out of a new mattress & were shown to the Sleepmatch. It was the 1st time for us & while the machine annualized us, Charles made us a hot drink. He showed us different types of mattresses & what they are made up of, which helped us to understand what we wanted from our new mattress. We also spoke about the different pillows & we were able to take our preferred pillow around with us while trying out the different mattresses. Charles knowledge on the range of mattress was fantastic & he made us feel very comfortable & at easy trying 8 different mattresses out.

The assistant Christiaan made this visit and purchase very simple, something I was not expecting. I was at ease straight away. His knowledge about the products was appreciated in helping me to come to a decision very quickly. I did inform him that I can be very indecisive!
