Great meet and greet with covid restrictions in place. James took the time to over drinks and discuss what I was looking for. He set me up on the sleepmatch system and then took me round the store with a pillow to try the mattresses the sleep match recommended. I was a little undecided so said I would return several days later. James was brilliant in his approach and I felt no pressure to purchase at that point but left well informed to help me make a decision. I returned several days later where I was met again by friendly staff members, all ensuring correct ppe was in place. I was offered a drink and given time to make a decision before placing my order. James went through all the options and I felt confidence in his guidance. It was a large investment for my new home so was a little daunting to make a large purchase. I'm very much looking forward to my beds to arrive and to sleep in it! Thank you

We had been into the store previously to research the beds and mattresses we were considering and had spoken to James then too. My husband and I were highly satisfied with our visit to the High Wycombe store. Charles assisted us even though he was busy, nothing was too much trouble, he was very knowledgeable on all products, helpful and friendly. He greeted us as we arrived and explained COVID 19 measures in place to keep everyone safe. He did the sleepmatch with us and explained all about the different types of mattresses and pillows. We purchased a Hopkins ottoman bed along with the accidental insurance.
