Riamala, our sale assistant, was very helpful and we didn't feel pressurised at any point to make a decision or move on to the next mattress until we were completely ready. Her product knowledge was very good and any questions we asked she was able to answer or find out from a senior colleague. Her knowledge of current offers were excellent.
