Christiaan at your high Wycombe branch was very helpful and friendly and gave me all the information I needed to place my order which was dealt with within a week of placing my order which I was very surprised at.

Mick was fantastic from start to finish, very knowledgeable and patient, making sure we were 100% happy with our decision. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

We were pleasantly surprised and how painless and quick it was to purchase our new mattress. Charles was very attentive and knowledgable, spending some time up front getting to know what we were looking for and what type of mattress we are sleeping on at present. We were very pleased with our purchase and feel confident we chose the correct one for our needs. Thanks. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Having a coffee and a customer toilet was a plus 🙂

James at the High Wycombe store was super helpful and gave us an amazing deal on a new bed. He is the main reason we will definitely recommend Dreams to everyone and shop there again in future!

Josh was extremely helpful during our visit as me and my partner were torn but with his experience and ability to answer questions we were able to make a joint decision and we are absolutely in love with our bed, customer service was excellent, he was extremely polite and even offered the kids refreshments, you need more staff like him

We went to Dreams three weeks prior to making a final decision. James was the Dreams person who was very helpful. We told him the type of mattress we were looking for and he showed us a variety at different price points. He encouraged us to lie on the mattress to test them out and fully explained the difference. We then went to John Lewis and compared. We came back to Dreams and purchased our mattress. This is the second mattress I have bought from Dreams. Can’t imagine going anywhere else now.

The assistant Kevin was very helpful in sourcing and demonstrating my requirements exactly.

MY SON HAS COME BACK FROM UNIVERSITY AND WAS NOT ABLE TO CONTINUE TO SLEEP ON HIS MATTRESS. THE MANAGER HAD A BED WE COULD COLLECT BUT WE TRIED TO SEE IF WE COULD GET A BETTER PRICE ELSEWHERE. NOT ONLY WAS DREAMS THE CHEAPEST IT WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD AN ITEM WE COULD COLLECT IMMEDIATELY. ON OUR RETURN THE MANAGER WAS CLEARLY BUSY BUT DID NOT GET ANY OF THE STAFF TO HELP SO WE NEEDED TO WAIT. WHEN WE WERE EVENTUALLY GIVEN ASSISTANCE THE YOUNG MAN WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, KNEW ABOUT STUDENT DISCOUNTS, AND WAS ABLE TO CONVINCE US TO TAKE THE GUARANTEE WHICH WE WOULD NOT HAVE NORMALLY TAKEN. ALL IN ALL THIS WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE.
