We were greeted on arrival at the Dreams store in Loudwater by Kevin, who asked if we knew what we were looking for. We did, and in a professional and friendly manner he directed us to where we would find the items (white or metal beds). He guided us on prices, size, availability, and made the experience enjoyable (not how I usually expect it to be). Advised on anticipated delivery. We left with all information required and whilst Kevin emphasised that should we want to place an order today, only a deposit would be required. Polite, courteous but not too pushy! Excellent. Rang the following day and spoke to Kevin and placed the orders, including pillows and duvet, which Kevin advised were on special offer. Good job Kevin! Look forward to receiving our order in due course.
