From entering the store I was impressed by the service given. From my profile to choice of mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble. Very satisfied and would definitely return for further items. Christian could not have been more helpful or understanding.

Visited at 5.30 so no other customer in store. All available items to test. Plenty of help.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and looked after. It made the experience quicker as we were helped to identify what we were looking for immediately rather roaming around aimlessly. Thanks for your help and time.

I visited Dreams at the Loudwater, High Wycombe branch. Upon arrival (Charli) immediately put me at ease - including offering me a drink 😊 Charli was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful and patient with me - explaining if I needed more clarity on something. I would definitely try to see her if I needed a new bed/mattress again. I can't recommend her high enough.
