Straightforward, efficient service. Some staff were friendlier than other. James in particular was impatient with his colleague who is clearly less experienced than him and he was offhand and dismissive

I visited Dreams at the Loudwater, High Wycombe branch. Upon arrival (Charli) immediately put me at ease - including offering me a drink 😊 Charli was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful and patient with me - explaining if I needed more clarity on something. I would definitely try to see her if I needed a new bed/mattress again. I can't recommend her high enough.

The salesman "Kevin" that helped us in store at high Wycombe could not have been more helpful he got us on the sleepmatch bed weird he then got us to try different mattresses .we found the 1 we really liked and while we were looking at a bed he went and made us some drinks. Overall the staff were very friendly and we are looking forward to getting our new bed.
