I had got muddled on line and with the authorisation process by my bank, not your fault at all. I rang the customer service team, the call was answered almost immediately..no queue and Kevin was fantastic, helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable and it was all sorted within minutes. I would definitely buy from you again

Mick took the time to listen to what we wanted and then pointed out a huge discount on a more expensive mattress that we otherwise wouldn't have seen. We were impressed with the hygiene measures in place including spraying mattresses after people had tried lying on them & hand sanitiser at the door.
