I had got muddled on line and with the authorisation process by my bank, not your fault at all. I rang the customer service team, the call was answered almost immediately..no queue and Kevin was fantastic, helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable and it was all sorted within minutes. I would definitely buy from you again
