Leah our sales assistant was extremely helpful and patient and gave us many options to try.

Charlie was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us various options and made the perfect reccomendation based on our needs.

Kevin was a lovely, friendly and very helpful man! We are so pleased with our order and can’t wait for it to arrive. Kevin offered us a drink on numerous occasions, let us try the beds out and was very informative when helping us select our bed and mattress. My boyfriend and I would highly recommend dreams in High Wycombe and Kevin to any of our family and friends. We were extremely impressed with the staff, service and flexibility. Thank you very much!

Kevin was brilliant. We attended the store both prior and after Christmas both times Kevin was welcoming and informative listening to our needs and providing us with the best information suggesting alternatives to try to save money. There was no pushy sales and he gave us all the time needed to ensure we had chosen the right bed and understood everything before purchasing. We were very happy to leave the store with our pillows however we hope there is not a long wait to receive our bed and mattress as we are really excited. We understand delivery times are patchy around this time of year and Kevin is at no fault of this as of course delivery is down to the manufacturing companies. Everything that was within Kevin's control was handled superbly and we can not fault our visit otherwise.

I came with my 5 year old daughter and we were welcomed as we went in the door by Charli. She was very confident in her product knowledge and I liked the way she engaged with my daughter particularly as one of the reasons we were there was for a bed for her. The transaction was smooth and quick and I look forward to delivery of the products and hopefully as good after care (if required) as I experienced pre purchase.

The member of staff who served us (Christiaan) was very knowledgable, friendly, efficient and helpful. A wide range of bed and felt we got the right bed by using your fabulous machine which chooses the right mattress for everyone. Also only have to wait a short time for delivery.
