Kevin was amazing! Very knowledgeable and gave us an experience, which we've never had before when buying a bed. Only downfall was there was no stock, other than that, Dreams is good!!

We had searched several stores for a particular bed which had been discontinued. Spoke to High Wycombe store on the phone to James who confirmed he had the one on sale. Our experience with James was exceptional. So happy with our purchase and the service

Very helpful staff. Lots of guidance given. Was able to spend a lot of time lying on mattresses undisturbed - this is important as I have a bad back. Covid measures were in place and staff greeted everyone who entered the shop to explain their measures.
