Christian was friendly, patient and was able to answer my questions. He was attentive but gave me enough time and space to make a choice without feeling pressured. I was offered refreshments and the whole process was smooth.

Both the manager Christian and his assistant manager Kevin could not have been more helpful and particularly understood the needs of my mentally handicapped son age 41.
