Ramala was extremely helpful from the moment we walked into the store. Her greeting was welcoming and she immediately offered us drinks. She talked us through the sleep match and picked out the perfect pillows for us and guided us through the store, regularly checking in on us to ask if we needed anything and to give us extra info on the products (product knowledge was great). Her service was impeccable, thank you!
