Went into the store on NY day 15 minutes before they closed. Met with Josh he was very helpful he didn’t rush and was able to answer all my questions. Very professional.

Had excellent service from Mick. Answered all questions without trying to sway my choice. He displayed an excellent depth of knowledge. My first deal with Dreams. Found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

The whole experience was easy and as customers we felt valued having been looked after with courtesy and respect. Faultless in all aspects and we were hekped with undue pressure to make our choices.

I was greeted at the door with no pressure, just a welcome smile an introduction and just call me if you need me. When Leah was available she came over checked what I wanted and got the process started. Leah offered a hot drink, was helpful, happy and polite. I booked in my delivery date and was asked about insurance and removal of my old bed without having to ask. I did have to ask how much it was actually all going to cost at this point. I then had to ask about the possibility of spreading the cost as I’d seen something somewhere ages ago. Advertising this more might make people think it’s more of an option when you’re making a large investment in something. My daughter, who was with me said “I didn’t know you could do that, I want a new bed”. My lack of knowledge in the process was why I didn’t realise it would take the time it did but even do was not unreasonable. Delivery was actually much quicker than I was expecting and Leah had checked availability first. She was lovely and I’m very happy with what I’ve ordered and how I’m going to pay for it. For me a lot of money.

Your Sleep Expert Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and at no time did we feel pressured into purchasing. We were greeted immediately we walked in offered coffee and made to feel welcome. He even went as far as offering pillows to make our decision on which mattress easier which we went on to purchase and explained in great detail the Sleep Match machine

We found both Michael and Kevin to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and professional at all times.

From the minute we arrived in store James was highly attentive and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and the process of ordering was easy. We were very pleasantly surprised by the available delivery date, which was substantially quicker than we had been quoted by another company. All in all a great experience.
