We went to the perry barr store David helped us choose our mattress and we choose the bed frame he was very polite and friendly

I went in to buy a mattress but really unsure what I wanted. Dave came over and explored my needs and gave me options and alternatives. Extremely polite and offered me a drink while I waited. Great experience. It’s a pity other stores don’t treat all their customers like this.

I was very highly satisfied with the experience at this Dreams store, as all the help I required in the sort of bed and mattress I required and the assistance was very helpful and patience dealing with what I needed.

Sales assistant was so pleasant,explained what I was looking for ,she knew immediately what to show me ,showed good knowledge on make up of mattress,fillings etc ,measured base and mattress height for me,fetched pillows for me to lie on bed,was really very,very helpful.

Nicolas the sales lady was excellent she had good knowledge and was not overly pushy. She gave information and gave us time. Customer service so far was excellent. Delivery is a few weeks away so hopefully no problems occur.

Personal attention from Sanjeev, who spent time explaining our options and did not rush us to a decision.

Very happy with the service received, when it was not my intention to purchase anything when I walked through the doors as I was just browsing.
