I was approached with a very warm welcome from a young lady (Georgia). I had already done my research on the website prior to arriving, so knew what I was looking for, a choice of four. Two were not in this store. I found her very helpful, providing the necessary covers for the mattress, offering refreshments and gave me time to try out each mattress twice before making my mind up. She did say that two of my choice were not available, but showed me an alternative. I was very impressed by her confidence, which made me feel a valued customer. I left that store feeling pleased with my purchase and that warm feeling that I was well looked after. Thank you.

Ollie welcomed me and guided me through the process of finding a mattress that suited me according to my budget. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and wasn't ever pushy. This really made a difference to me, he really heard what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into anything else or buying extras, or going outside my budget. I really appreciate this more than anything else, and am very happy with the products I purchased.
