We were served by Ollie at your Reading branch. He was very friendly but not overly pushy while selling. Would have preferred not to wait quite so long for delivery but overall very happy. Just hoping the mattress I’ve ordered is comfy.

I thought the machine which calculated the type of mattress that was best for you, was excellent. Penny was very knowledgeable and guided us to the best type of mattress for us. She was friendly and welcoming
