We were assisted in the Reading branch by Steve. Having walked in to the shop and faced with a multitude of mattresses, Steve was there with us right from the start, both leaving us to our own devices and being available when we needed advice. The purchase of our mattress was made so easy and painless that even my husband was impressed, and that's no easy feat :) So yes, we will recommend you to friends and family. Thank you so much X

Steve was a genuine pleasure to deal with. Helped us use the Sleepmatch and talked us through in just right amount of detail what our options were. He was clearly knowledgeable and my wife and I found him and all the staff at Dreams in Reading very helpful, pleasant accommodating and they did not put any pressure on us to make an order. This makes me and my wife feel very comfortable spending such a significant amount of money.
