You had what I wanted and price and take away my other bed when it's delivered just got to wait for my bed few weeks they said. And staff was very good had extra cover on base. And paid on the day. So just waiting for my delivery know. Thank you.

Hollie walked right to us the moment we walked into the shop. Initially we had just popped by to see if we should get a mattress but Hollie’s attitude and professionalism made us change our minds and we ended up making a purchase. Unlike a few years ago when we walked into the same branch a lady who worked there walked away from us the moment we got there. No one came to ask us if we needed anything instead they chatted and never acknowledged us therefore we took our business elsewhere. This time however it was a totally positive experience 10/10 :)

Prompt assistance on entering store, ability of Sleep Advisor to readily understand my needs and time spent allowing me to try and compare the suggested items (mattress in this case). She also cottoned on very quickly to the fact that I knew what I wanted and was not going to be pushed into buying the most expensive mattress in the store, even on her personal recommendation! (I presumably wouldn’t enjoy the benefit of “staff discount”) Overall the whole experience was very satisfactory and achieved the object of the exercise.

The colleague that assisted us (Angelo) was knowledgeable, helpful without being pushyz and took time to understand our needs.

We'd been to some other Dreams stores at different times and had mixed service, from excellent to unsatisfactory. As we'd got closer to a decision we'd found that the specific fabric colour was not on display anywhere; some stores had just said to look at the website, which is unhelpful when clearly we're in store so we can see actual examples. But at Wolverhampton we found some proactive advice and an engaged sales assistant, who advised that the colour was a match for that of another name on a different bed. She was also helpful with the rest of the purchases, so got the sale. The store staff were also kind enough to check and call back when asked whether our daughter had left something in the store. The visit restored our confidence in Dreams.

Angelo was a wonderful assistant to us during our visit. He helped us use the available technology and explained our choices for the money we had to spend. Angelo was patient and kind putting my son at ease when choosing his mattress.
