The sales assistant was great, not to over the top let us have a good browse and was always in earshot if a question needed answering. He advised us to use the sleep technology to help with our needs which was great. He then recommended mattresses in all different price ranges to suit. He was very informative about the product. No hard selling technique which was perfect. Very comfortable relaxed environment. But sales person was excellent and a credit to the company.

Staff were friendly and checked if we needed any assistance but did not push themselves on us. Enquired if we needed anything and then carried on with other things until i asked for assistance. Explained everything when using the machine to analyse what mattress we needed - explained in detail about the differences in the types of mattresses and showed us around to each of the different types of mattresses and beds frames. Offered us drinks whilst placing order - very professional and very helpful

The sales advisor never pressured us or forced us into buying the bed and mattaress we was offered a warm drink when it was so cold outside he explain or the controls and took us to the sleep matcher which was very good the whole experience was smooth and straight forward
