Dreams - Wolverhampton

This was our second visit to dreams the first being in 2020 when we received a quote for a bed. This time we were ready to purchase a bed. We went on thinking our original choice wouldn’t be available with the amount of time that had passed but the staff were able to match the order nearly exactly. It came out cheaper and better as we got exactly what we wanted. Both visits were consistent with their customer service which was amazing and the attention to detail was spot on and they understood exactly what we wanted.

The service was amazing by the staff that helped us pick our bed and mattress. We used the sleep match to help us choose our mattress. We knew we were looking for a Tv bed but the staff shared with us the different types and add ons we could have. After choosing our bed and mattress we sat with a cuppa and went through the cover for the bed and mattress. We also purchased the pillows and bedding at half price. 10/10 service from beginning to end. Slim the manager was super friendly. Lovely store with a great team

The assistant Pav was excellent and very knowledgeable

I was really surprised with the knowledge of the store assistant. He was charming and funny and brilliant in his knowledge. His name was evangelos .

Angelo, the colleague who served us on our visit, provided us with the best customer service that I would have wanted. From initially walking in to the end of the sale he was knowledgably and helped a great deal. He went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. He was not pushy and gave us our space to browse without making us feel pressured. He was very welcoming from our initial meeting, he was happy to answer all our questions and helped us make a great decision and taught us some key points about different types of mattresses and what would be useful for our needs. He even gave us a deal that would have been useful for our particular situation, knowing from experience what would be useful for our little boys first big bed. Ultimately the colleague was a pleasure to do business with and if more people were like this in the world, then it would be a much better place.
