Firstly may I express our thanks to to the store manager “Slim” he was so polite, professional, helpful in understanding our requirements , and very knowledgeable , please pass on our thanks !! During our visit we received excellent service and complimentary coffee and that member of staff was also extremely polite ! Thanks to all at Dreams ,we will have a pleasure in recommending Slim and his team to family and friends in the future 5***** !!

The store was well laid out with pricing clearly marked. The colleague who dealt with us, Bobby, was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful and helped us choose the right bed for us.

We walked into the shop and was immediately met by a shop assistant who asked what we were looking for? He then took us to the bed machine and did an image of how we both slept. we then looked at three mattresses which we then chose the one we wanted.

The lady that helped us made our experience comfortable, she gave us time to look around and when we were ready to ask about mattresses she gave us good advice to help us choose which mattresses were best for our boys. We felt relaxed and happy.

Greeted in a polite manner, understood my needs, never experienced a mattress fitting before, so highly impressed with the technology and speed it took, shown to mattresses that were suited for me, no fuss, like that attitude from staff

The customer service staff who served us didn’t put any pressure on us at all and just wanted to offer us advise. We went away to think about a 3k purchase and then returned satisfied that we had made the right decision. No pressure selling at any point, just helpful customer service.

This was our second visit to dreams the first being in 2020 when we received a quote for a bed. This time we were ready to purchase a bed. We went on thinking our original choice wouldn’t be available with the amount of time that had passed but the staff were able to match the order nearly exactly. It came out cheaper and better as we got exactly what we wanted. Both visits were consistent with their customer service which was amazing and the attention to detail was spot on and they understood exactly what we wanted.
