Spoken to and put at ease as soon as we walked into the store. Asked if there was anything specific we were looking for, and then I guess the fun began. We were shown all kinds of options to what we wanted and everything was very well explained to us. Very satisfied with the way we were dealt with.

Safty observed ,courteous ,clean and very knowledgeable friendly staff

Staff where very helpful,and helped us find what we was looking for.explained the difference between the beds we were looking at which help us choose the bed we brought.

The assistant was very friendly without been pushy.

I was treated with the utmost care and assistance by the member of staff I saw on the 2 occasions I visited. His name was Angelo he was considerate and patient which meant a lot to me as I am a Pensioner with COPD. He was thoughtful putting the customer first his product knowledge was excellent he helped me to my car with some of my purchases, he even gave me a hot drink during my visit. I would not hesitate to visit my local Dreams Store in the future and be served by Angelo. I could not fault him at all he made me feel very relaxed and important. 10 out of 10 for his Service.
