Salesman was professional showed me the items I wanted, listened, showed me the difference in mattresses, why some were more expensive. Described the advantages, we still bought the a 5ft Tempur even though there were other products similar and less expensive. But the advantages of the tempur was worth the extra money. Took his time for us to try the different mattresses and was very friendly and patient. All round brilliant service. Paperwork was done smoothly and delivery organised, and removal of old mattress. Mattress cane on the 18th September, just had one of the best sleeps in a long while. Hence the long message. Well done all round, and money well spent even though I spent 2k+ for just a mattress, was all worth it.

Bobby very patient. Understood my elderly mother's needs. Listened to what she was looking for instead of pushing a sale on her. Very pleased at how he understood and remained calm. Took time to show other products.

Angelo our sales assistant could not have been more welcoming or helpful, he was polite, efficient and very professional. He helped us choose a mattress, a bed frame and some new pillows with just the right amount of input without being too pushy. He is a credit to your company.

When we arrived in store we were acknowledged and asked if we needed help then they would be happy to help. We knew we wanted two beds a double and a single. We were then put on the sleep match to make sure we got the correct mattress. We were given the right advice and we came away after buying the beds feeling like we had been given the correct advice.
