We were greeted on arrival and helped throughout, the guy who helped us was friendly and polite snd answered all of our questions. We found and ordered what we were looking and in s good time with delivery of the item being only 4 days from purchase.

The store was nice and clean and well laid out. There was plenty of choice. The whole process of choosing and ordering a bed was quick but not rushed. Overall a great experience.
