Angelo and Ellie were lovely to deal with. Highly knowledgeable, very friendly and gave us the space and time needed to pick the right bed with their help and assistance.

Visited the store on Bentley Bridge on the 29th January to look at the beds, Hollie was very helpful, looked on the large screen in store and even measured the bed for me, Went back in store 5th February to ask when the offer would be finished which would have been on the 8th February. Hollie enquire when I would need them and explain that I could pay a deposit and have delivery later, everything was so easy to sort out, exceptional customer service fromHollie. I had previously been to another company and walked out with the customer service that was given to me. Hollie made the experience shopping in your store such a pleasant experience, such a credit to your company. Thank you for such a pleasant shopping trip and will gladly shop in your store again.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful i was taken care of and i am highly delighted by the whole experience.A very nice gentle man (Adam)was so very eager to please and so polite-as was the others too.I would recommend Dreams to any of my friends and felt very well looked after in getting me a good Product-Mattress which i had a deeply enjoyable sleep -i would like to thank them all.

Hollie was extremely helpful, I explained that I was suffering with Torticollis and a bad back and she went above and beyond to be has helpful as possible, when searching for a mattress for me. When ordering Hollie offered us a drink and listened to all my requirements. Hollie is definitely a credit to your company.

I was highly satisfied as the service was excellent Hollie went over and beyond to help us. I had tried two shops for beds first and service was terrible and when I came in to Dreams it was was so satisfactory

It was very easy to park and get access to the store. Hollie the assistant who served us was very polite and friendly. We told her what we had come to purchase from the store and she took us straight over to the item so we could view the choice of colours. She then took us to her desk and placed the order for us in no time. She also advised us to take out the 8 year guarantee which we did. As it is a very reasonable price. She then told us the delivery date. We payed and she printed off the paper work and highlighted the important information we may need. We where sorted out in no time. Hollie is a lovely friendly professional member of staff. You should be proud to have her working on your team.
