My cousin & I went to look for bed with mattress & headboard because I am deaf & hard of hearing which she help me what man saying & he was very helpful & explain everything about bed etc & got what I need & thank you.

The assistant was extremely helpful and had really excellent product knowledge. He was really helpful and gaves us many options for what we wanted.

Gary who served me was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and couldn’t have done anymore for me. I initially visited the store then looked around some other bed shops but returned to dreams because of Gary’s excellent customer service.

Your colleague Matt was incredibly helpful. We previously looked in several shops before ordering and the quality and attitude of the sales execs that we encountered were poor to say the least. When visiting dreams, Matt was like a breath of fresh air. Such a friendly chap, very knowledgeable about all products. He actually took the time to understand my needs and showed a range of products to suit. I felt like I was dealing with an old friend as opposed to a salesman out of the 1970s who just wanted to take my money. You certainly have struck gold with him.

Charlie was amazing, he greeted us as soon as we entered the store and allowed us to use their machine to find a mattress that would be right for us. He spend lots of time showing us a large range of mattresses and allowing us to try them. We then found a mattress we loved and he helped us place the order with a great price. Really pleased with our visit.
