Katie was so welcoming and lovely when I was in the store. She took me straight over to the style mattress I was after, asked my budget and showed me 3 mattress within what I said.

Warm welcome, safety measures expained, great knowledge on productcts. Coffee served and felt we were given time to discuss as well as left alone to view and choose. Served by the Manager and by Morris when paying etc.
