My assistant was Melissa & she was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Dreams products. She was friendly yet professional and very patient. Melissa was interested in my needs and is the main reason why my husband & I will be making the effort to go back to this lovely store.

I needed a mattress immediately and having recently visited Dreams for bedding during which I received a good customer experience, I decided to return. The staff member, Maurice, explained what was available which led to a purchase at a competitive price. I was made to feel valued as a customer.

The lady that dealt with us was very pleasant and professional without being over the top,nothing was too much trouble I was very undecided between several mattresses and she went out of her way to point out the pros and cons of each of them but did not push me toward any one because they were more expensive.I definitely felt leaving the shop that the sales lady did an extremely good job and I Would highly recommend friends to Dreams.
