upon entering the store we were courteously and pleasantly greeted by Jahmal.We made him aware of our needs and it was a pleasure to recognise immediately that he new his products well .He showed us several alternative options and your systems enabled him to advise us , apparently quite precisely, which product we could have delivery of , within our delivery requirements . We found a gentleman, who we assume was Jahmal's manager, helpfully intervened on occasions, which was appreciated . We left the store impressed by the experience . Well done to all .
