Dreams - Slough

We went looking for a good mattress at Dreams shop in Slough but we were't decided to buy one.At the shop's entrance we were greeted by Morris.He was very proffessional and polite.Told us about the sleeping testing machine,to be able to identify our needs.After he showed us very patiently our options,explained all of them and invited us to test the mattresses and take our time.We had a very pleasant experience and he was very convincing,so we ended up buying one of the options presented and some extras.

We were greeted by Ash and directed to the area of the store we needed. We later spoke to the same member of staff about different types of mattresses for our children and for us. Ash was very knowledgeable about the products we asked about and was able to give us pros and cons for each product.

Warm welcome and great service from Ash. He tested our requirements on the machine and took us directly to the mattresses we were interested in, brought us each a pillow and clean paper covering so that we could test two different tensions, offered us a coffee, and various useful accessories plus insurance and then took our order quickly and efficiently, giving us the opportunity to read it all through carefully, explained the payment options and dealt with the payment smoothly, providing us with a printout of our order as well as e-mail copy. He answered all my questions clearly and authoritatively. Altogether a very positive experience. Well done ! I particularly welcomed the on-site confirmation of the delivery date. Very helpful.
