Staff excellent knowledgable friendly and very understanding of my needs Very experienced staff no waffle just good advice which was important to me as I have had a broken back and a broken neck in the past, so it’s really important my needs are understood

Zara was very helpful, she fitted us for a mattress as I never had a clue what I should be looking for - she explained the difference between the 3 types suggested for us and we went with one of those. She wasn’t pushy or anything just very helpful and knowledgable
