the agent Meliisa was super helpful, supernprofessiinal, store was very criwded , she handled everyine so efficiently and politely and she was exceptionally professional. She did every thing with a smile and managed to get us free cover....Actually she is trully presented Dreams in the best possible ways.....please pass on our feedback to her and she deserves it for the extra mile she has gone above and beyond and made it super easy for us to place an order......

assistant had good knowledge & gave us options we settled on an item and await delivery, store display items were grubby

The lady serving us was friendly helpful and professional. She was new but had alot of product knowledge

the lady that served us was called Katy she was very friendly and knowledgeable, it would be great if all sales people were as friendly as her.

Lovely, kind & caring young man assisted us. We said our product was for a guest room & he showed us less expensive products as it would not be used often. I felt he listened to exactly what we needed.

We went looking for a good mattress at Dreams shop in Slough but we were't decided to buy one.At the shop's entrance we were greeted by Morris.He was very proffessional and polite.Told us about the sleeping testing machine,to be able to identify our needs.After he showed us very patiently our options,explained all of them and invited us to test the mattresses and take our time.We had a very pleasant experience and he was very convincing,so we ended up buying one of the options presented and some extras.
