Dreams Store, Slough. Salesperson Morris. The COVID-19 procedures were excellent. We were made to feel very safe. We were looked after at all times by our salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable and assisted with all aspects. We were not certain exactly what we wanted when we arrived (apart from a bed frame and mattress!) but we had all the information and all the time we needed to choose without pressure. The mattress sleep match technology was a really good asset. After choosing, we were led painlessly through the sale and subsequent finance agreement. Truly excellent customer service.

The sales colleague was very attentive and thoroughly knowledgable. We weren’t hurried in any way and we received a completely professional service; any questions we had were answered satisfactorily.

The salesman was very attentive and made sure that I was shopping in a safe environment, which is especially important during COVID times. Abdul had great product knowledge and customer service skills. He ensured that my product needs were met and advised me with a range of potential products. His professionalism was excellent and so I would highly recommend my friends and family to shop and ask for his assistance in the future.
