The sales lady was professional and helped us choose the perfect bed for us as well as offered us something to drink

I was highly satisfied throughout my visit to dreams... I am pretty clueless when it comes to beds mattresses etc but the sales assistant Arfan was very helpful...and went through every option with me. There was a machine which we used to show which mattress would best suit etc. I was offered a drink and didn’t feel like the shopping experience was rushed. Under the current circumstances with Covid I was a bit scared but the staff had there masks on so I felt pretty much safe. Arfan also made sure he placed a disposable sheet over every mattress I tried..so overall my experience left me very happy and I think I have my perfect bed
