Dreams - Slough

Originally my husband and I visited Benson for Beds on Twinches Lane Slough. The staff there ignored us as we walked in and did not enforce any of the Covid regulations. There were a group of staff (3) chatting around a desk. Not one appeared to be interested in serving us so we left and headed for Dreams. Well, what a contrast of a welcome. The staff in store were spread out doing various tasks around the store and we were greeted by Katie shortly after we entered the store to use the sanitiser. Katie was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I as we tried out various mattresses. Katie supplied us with all the information needed for us to make an informed decision. We did not make a purchase that day but subsequently returned to make a purchase from Katie as she had helped us. I believe people buy from people. Katie’s customer service delivered on our first visit was excellent and she is the primary reason we returned to make our purchase with Dreams. Thank you.

The young lady was so helpful and knowledgable and made sure I was totally satisfied and I felt she gave me so many options and didn’t force me to buy what I didn’t need she was so good and nice just what you need when out shopping a fantastic lady

We visited the Slough dreams store and was assisted by Katie. She was really helpful not only with the bed but helping us choose a mattress. And also calculating the cost so that it fit our budget. She really took the time out to answer any questions we had, and there was no pressure at all.
