Excellent customer service, warm welcome on arrival, very knowledgeable staff, no high pressure selling. A pleasure to deal with. Kate Murray is a credit to your company.

Katie was extremely polite, knowledgeable, efficient and pro-active. (The Manager was also extremely aware of his store, colleagues and clients) very on-the-ball. Katie quickly assessed our requirements and offered multiple options, very calm, listened carefully and duly assessed our needs and made us fully aware of the products and availability that would be suitable for us. Was not pushy in securing the sale, but confidently processed our transaction to completion. Extremely satisfied with the whole Slough Dreams experience. Currently I am very paranoid about the Covid-19 situation, but have to say I felt very comfortable and safe with the Covid-19 rules and regulations strongly enforced and implemented throughout the store. I would highly recommend this store/staff to others who were looking to make a visit/purchase in the coming months. The staff members we came into contact with really seemed to enjoy their roles, they genuinely wanted to be there and serve their customers, not just going through the motions for a quick sale. We were welcomed as soon as we stepped in the store with a genuine greeting. Allowed to browse at our leisure with the knowledge the team were available for queries without being harassed.

Originally my husband and I visited Benson for Beds on Twinches Lane Slough. The staff there ignored us as we walked in and did not enforce any of the Covid regulations. There were a group of staff (3) chatting around a desk. Not one appeared to be interested in serving us so we left and headed for Dreams. Well, what a contrast of a welcome. The staff in store were spread out doing various tasks around the store and we were greeted by Katie shortly after we entered the store to use the sanitiser. Katie was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I as we tried out various mattresses. Katie supplied us with all the information needed for us to make an informed decision. We did not make a purchase that day but subsequently returned to make a purchase from Katie as she had helped us. I believe people buy from people. Katie’s customer service delivered on our first visit was excellent and she is the primary reason we returned to make our purchase with Dreams. Thank you.
