Lovely welcome very knowledgeable staff and very quick & easy to place order. We drove over to this store to view a particular bed and try out mattresses. Was very happy so placed an order

When we entered the store we were greeted by Katie she was very friendly and professional and over the time that we were in the store she answered all our questions and helped us to decide on which beds to go for . Katie wasn’t pushy and she didn’t force us to make our mind up quickly.

The assistant was very helpful from the beginning to the end and certainly had great knowledge

Lovely sales person. Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Lovely hot chocolate!!

I visited the Slough store on Boxing Day, the young lady that served me was exceptionally professional & patient. Having worked in retail myself, the lady that was looking after me up-sold products without being ‘pushy’ which resulted in me purchasing a mattress protector

Arfan, the member of staff who served us was super helpful, provided guidance and support when appropriate but was not intrusive. He went above and beyond the service level I expected.

Katie was very helpful and got me just the product I was looking for. Was efficient when processing the order and also helped me load the product into my van!

Morris was very friendly and helpful though out our stay in the store.
