I was served by a guy called Jahmal who I had called before I came into the store. He was so helpful considering the situation I was in with having mattress troubles with another company! He found the perfect mattress for me covering all my wants and needs! He was so polite and even helped me get the mattress in my car! Absolute asset to the company!! So so impressed!

The member of staff at Dreams in Slough was extremely helpful and pleasant, allowing me time and space to reflect on the choices, and I did not, at any time, feel pressured. I will certainly return to the store when I next need a bed or mattress.
