Very friendly and attentive staff. Correctly encouraged us to use the alcogel as we entered the shop (which we accidentally walked past). Informative and helpful.

Morris was very friendly and guided me to pick a frame and mattress that was suited to me. He gave us options I wasn't aware of such as a clearance mattress which helped us get a better quality product for a fair price. Everything was clean and safety procations such as hand gel and people were socially distancing.
