Dreams - Slough

Well, I am moving into a flat and I need the bed to be delivered on the day I move in. But "Dreams" can not deliver till the next day. So, I have just had no choice, but to sleep on the floor, till the next day, when the bed arrives. Also, it takes such a long time for the staff to answer the phone. The first time the phone was answered quickly, but ever since when I have needed to phone a few times, I was on hold for about 20 - 40 minutes each time. I tried logging onto my account to check some things and the order number was not recognized. When placing the order online after speaking to the advisor on the phone, I was told that after making the payment that he would phone me to confirm things. But this never happened. I spoke to someone and was told it can take up to 24 hours for the order to show up on your system, but when it does, I will get an email confirmation. The next morning comes and no email. I phone and all through the money was paid, I was seriously worried as the advisor could not see any order to do with, but she spoke to the telesales staff who sorted it all out.

The staff (Morris) was extremely helpful, didn’t rush me, helped me with my decision. Had loads of information to give. I didn’t feel I was left on my own just to figure things out. Morris answered all of my questions. Was greeted by the store manager which was a nice welcome. Overall great experience

Visited the Slough store - the assistant (Arfan I think his name was) was excellent. I didn't know anything about buying mattresses. He fully explained the different comfort levels, types of mattress, etc and was very knowledgeable but not in the least bit pushy. He gave us plenty of time and space to try out the different beds, and checked back with us every so often to see if we needed advice or to answer questions. He was friendly and professional and a credit to the store. The level of service means that we are very likely to return to the store for another purchase.
