Staff very attentive

The sale assistance Melissa was very helpful helping us to find the right mattresses for our bed I would tell my friends and family to come here the staff are very friendly also had phone dreams to change my delivery date they very helpful.

Acknowledged straight away when entering the store, quickly established what we are looking to for, put us on a fancy machine that works out which mattresses would be good for us and then sampled them

My last two interactions with Dreams over the last year one was via the phone and my last visit was in person, was both a good interaction on both accounts, each employee was knowledgeable and friendly and made you feel at easy and most of all they listened and nothing was to small of a task to do or answer

The staff member who helped us was extremely attentive.

I was greeted as I came in the store & asked specific questions about what I was looking for. Katie was knowledgeable and friendly making the whole experience far less daunting.
