Despite the store being busy, staff were able to advise me and allow me to test the mattress that I chose. Ordering and arranging for delivery was straightforward. The delivery date was sooner than I had expected. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't have been any good to me.

Abdul was very patient. We spoke a few times and he advised on various options for both the bed and the mattress. Got to wait up to 12 weeks and hoping the product as good as the service I received on the phone.
