On the day of purchase, 29th July 2016, I was not verbally informed that I could not cancel or return the goods for refund if I was not happy. I returned to the store the day after to cancel having found a much cheaper offer elsewhere and was ridiculed. I admitted not having paid close attention to what I was signing and having been a customer at that store for over 8 years, all I wanted was to be treated with some respect and for salesman to admit that at no time was I verbally informed that I would be unable to return the goods. What was ultimately disappointing was that the salesman kept raising his voice and stating that he informed me when he knew that he did not.( Perhaps he believes that he did). The Manager on the day Sunday 30th July 2016 was rude to the salesman in dismissing him from the discussion and then proceeded to back up the salesman's story yet he was not present during the sales discussion . I felt really badly handled and I know that it probably does not matter in the least to your company but I certainly will not be shopping at dreams again. Even though buyers need to be aware, the least the salesmen can do is be honest with customers ! Thank you

Khalid who served us kept on swaying us away from taking any guarantee out on the bed and mattress. He said that the bed i strong so not needed and he said that Dreams no longer do mattress guarantee's because nothing actually goes wrong with the mattresses and that i should instead purchase a mattress protector which is a new form of guarantee that Dreams provide. I actually bought another bed back in March 2015 and purchased guarantee with my mattress. So i was inclined to call your head office to which to my surprise you still did a guarantee on mattresses but now 8 years - this means that for some reason Khalid categorically lied to us about the services you provide - this is an absolute outrage that you have people working for you that lie and put customers off with purchasing extra options that in fact provide Dreams with more revenue and profit. This seriously needs to be looked into.

We were a young couple in the store looking for our first mattress together. When we went in no one really approached us to ask our needs which was upsetting enough, when we asked Peter to help us straight away he came across as not having that much knowledge of the products in store. He didn't really stick with us to help us come to a decision as we just wanted a mattress we went to him to help us purchase the bed during the sale he tried charging me twice for a mattress protector, he told me the wrong date to put on the contract I had to sign he told me to put 24/08/15 the actual date was 23/08/15. After the purchase we left and went to a restaurant it's then I realised Peter left my driving license in the scanner which is outrageous especially with all the identify fraud that's going on these days I zoomed back to the store waisting time and money and got my licence back.

The total process of delivery was poor and sub standard. After confirmation of date, I called on the same date to check what time it is coming I was informed it is not coming anymore. No one could tell me why not - standard answer it has been taken off from today. I had arranged help to assemble and taken time of work to ensure all goes as per plan. Then still I had to chase few times to arrange new timings. Not impressed with the store and amount f money I have spend. This is a return visit to Dreams, as I purchased a tempur mattress and we were not happy with it, Robert in store did everything he could to help us with a new purchase as the independent inspection people said that the tempur had nothing wrong with it. I'm receiving 100.00 worth of treatment a week on my back due to this mattress, but slough stor helped me choose a new one made us coffee talk us through the options, so hopefully I will get a good nights sleep when my new bed is delivered.....

Because Rob the store manager was so rude non helpful and mannerless. Also the sales person had 0zero product knowledge and sold the wrong item to us. That created a lot of hassle also we could not return it even we were not satisfied at all. Bad staff bad experience
