The member of staff who put my order through was amazing. however, the manager was extremely rude. I am sure you will see this on the CCTV. last bank holiday Sunday.

The delivery dates are very long as I have guests coming in cud not order my second bed. Which is such a shame. Even in 6 weeks time delivery of the bed I wanted cud not be done. Wish someone cud help on that.

Delivery of almost 2 weeks for an ex-display item was not good for me.

We baught 3 mattresses. we were suppose to take the 2 smaller ones with us and get the third delivered. After completing the purchase they realised they don't have two of the smaller ones in stock and only gave us one to take with us. They reassured is that the order will be amended to get the second smaller mattress to be included in the delivery. I was sceptical about this and made it clear that I am not happy that I signed saying that I am taking two mattresses with me, and had to rely on them amending the order. They were adamant that they will do that and I shouldn't wait around until after the order was amended. Sure enough, when the delivery came there was only one mattress. I had to make a big fuss for them to deliver it. It was delivered personally by one of the colleagues of the salesman that evening.

On arrival a member of our sales team spoke to us about our needs after a while he advise there were more mattresses upstairs and he would follow us up .... He didn't. We asked another sale rep some questions and then went down stairs to which he got " got told off " for going to anther rep. I was horrified as he had not followed us up or been their to answered the questions we had. I felt tension within the team that they were out for themselves and not their customers

We shopped in dreams bath road Slough Berks.SL15QA The Guy that served us,I thought he rushed us and he was very abrupt.Was not happy with his attitude..I phoned him up later as I Had a query..and I felt he was not only abrupt but very rude to me.

I have phoned Dreams Slough about my order three times now. The phone is never answered. I have left three messages requesting them to call back, leaving my contact number, but they have not called. It appears I will have to drive there in order to get any customer service. Incredibly disappointing as the staff in store were helpful.

1. We were told products were in stock. Then after we'd paid we were told they couldn't be delivered for 4 weeks (nor could we pick them up for 4 weeks). That IS NOT "IN STOCK". We therefore feel we were being lied to. 2. Also we were not told there would be a delivery charge, again until it came to being paid. We felt we hade paid £1300 for something and we're then being squeezed every inch of the way to pay for more things (protectors, pillows, delivery, extra costs if delivery is on a Saturday when we might actually be in the house). Not a good feeling. That may be how you want to run your business; it isn't going to get you repeat business from me. It doesn't leave me with any sense if being satisfied with the transaction.

As I bought a deep based mattress I could not buy the sheets for it because the 100% Egyptian cotton sheets have been discontinued and you are bringing the new stock into store until November. Therefore my experience in your store wasn't very successful, apart from that it was reasonable.
