I was buying a bed from a bedstore. With all due respect, not sure how you expect your clients to be Highly Satisfied when buying a bed. Its not exactly rocket science.

We purchased quite a lot of furniture and there was no options for a discount, I appreciate that some of the items purchased were in the sale. When the goods arrived, 3 out of the 4 single beds we purchased have damage and although we have emailed to advise you we have not heard anything. We would have called Rob at the Slough store but he has been on holiday - we will be calling him next week.

As I believe I was mislead into paying a delivery charge when my order is subject to free delivery as I specified that I only needed items dropped to door as my husband would take care of everything else. Also the assistant that served me was polite but made no eye contact & did not appear very friendly .

the price of the product is different from the price showing on dreams web site is not acceptable

the assistant gave us your tempur challange card that ended on the day of the purchase, so we weren't able to claim the gift

I find Dreams an impersonal service, not very sincere. Feel that it is all sugar coated. I do avoid going there but had no choice this time. Don't like to buy things like beds on line. Felt I was rushed into the purchase. Was offered tea and coffee twice with 30 seconds by 2 different sales men.

Promised a callback but never happened Overcharged (checked card statement and was not was agreed over the phone) Staff tried to charge more wrongly

The finance agreement was incorrect which caused distress and inconvenience. However David at Slough was brilliant at resolving it and much appreciated his efficiency.
