When I arrived at Dreams an assistant approached me asked if I need help. I explained what type of bed I needed, (one without a headboard as I have already got one) the assistant then said " just look at any of the beds you like and I will tell you when we can deliver. I just off because he clearly didn't listen to me and then the store manager approached me ask if I needed any help. I explained he then said only two beds in the store can actually fit my headboard. He showed me the two and then said I can have the one I had chosen in a different colour (Grey) if I wanted, which was perfect. That was on Monday bank holiday 4th May and I received a text today saying that they will be delivering my bed this Thursday 7th. So yay. Got a result am happy and glad that I found someone in Dreams who knows all about beds and customer satisfaction.

Pricing not very transparent - headline price increased with delivery, recycling, guarantee etc.

We did not like the layout of the store. We were interested in buying a bed and we did that. Staff should have approached us but instead we had to ask for help. There were three staff members free.

Our overall experience at Dreams will be complete when we have received the items in good condition and we are very pleased with them. 'Highly Satisfied' is not a term we are willing to use at present. You have an excellent Manager/Salesman at this store and our initial contact (Peter) was helpful.

I was confused as to which mattresses were part of the sale, and wasn't sure exactly what the sale meant. There were signs up avertising half off, but nothing appeared more than 20% off. There were some clearance matteresss shown to us, that were acutally returns, but that was not made clear to us by the sales agent. We were offered free pillows, but then latter found out that was only with very specific purcahses and ours did not qualify. I'm still not sure why we are paying £40 for delivery when your website says delivery is free. The sales agent told us that if you pay, you can select your timeslot, but if it is free delievery, they can show up whenever they chose with no warning. Is this true? We couldn't find any evidence of this on your website. We entered your store twice, the first time to fact find. The sales agent was very helpfull. When we returned to make our final decision and make our purchase in the afternoon, we might as well have been invisible. When we did go to the front counter to get the sales agents attention, he came and answered our question, then before we could get a second questions in or any further guidance, he went back to his computer...

THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER CHOICE OF CERTAIN PRODUCTS (FOR EXAMPLE DUVETS) I COULDN'T PURCHASE A PRODUCT i WANTED - A PILLOW PROTECTOR

Should have more choice of bed frames/head boards. The frames in store was dull and less attractive than the ones I saw online

I was Highly satisfied with the experience in store but I wasnt able to arrange a delivery on the 12th April so went to do it online today. The Website just allows me to track my order not arrange a delivery that i could see. i could be wrong but the website is not helpful. When I called the store number it went straight to voicemail which it has been doing all morning and when I called the customer services number it asked me for my order number and then transfered me straight to the store I bought the bed from without me speaking to a human being. Of course this meant the call went straight to voicemail again. I will probably have to make an additional trip to the store to arrange delivery which is annoying. The experience with Ash though was very good.

Its never going to be the ultimate pleasure choosing one item from a large choice of items, there is always a certain amount of doubt when selecting one?
