No experience in buying mattresses. Very confusing until assistance arrived. Having to rely entirely on Dream staff help. Proof of buy will only come after some months.

We would have preferred to receive a better discount on our order given the high value of the items we were purchasing. Or at the least a few free complimentary items provided to us as a thank you for spending such a large sum (almost £3000) in the store.

My partner and myself were satisfied with our experience at Dreams specially with Mr. Movin customer service, which was really helpful and help us to make a decision in order to purchase our bed and mattress. Therefore, as a first time buyers we felt overwhelm with all the variarity and many choices to make.

Told delivery of mattress within 7 days but when ordered a few hours later this had moved to 3 weeks. Don't understand why you get free delivery online but have to pay for it in store.
